Spring into Summer, a new exhibition at Tallaght Hospital, opens on 12 April 2018. A collaboration with The Gaslamp Gallery in Gorey, the exhibition will be on display in Hospital Street until July 2018.

As the clocks go forward and evenings grow longer we anticipate a surge of light and energy! Spring into Summer aims to mirror that anticipation by featuring a selection of five artists’ works through limited edition prints that capture everything from delightful animal characterisations (Aaminah Snowdon) to the warmth and beauty held within the landscape (Paul Evans), from the quirky humour of thought-provoking illustrations (Matylda Konecka), to the choice of the quiet floral garden escape (Dylan Lloyd) or the lyrical explosion of flowering brilliance (Yvonne Coomber). The exhibition features beautifully framed prints with artists’ individual biographies displayed throughout the 16 exhibition boards along Hospital Street.

Allow yourself a few moments of calm to engage with the artworks. There is so much to view and smile about as we leave the cold winter months behind us and… ‘Spring into Summer’.
