MyMind Centre for Mental Wellbeing are leading a new initiative, backed by the Department of Health, to provide free counselling and therapy to those impacted by Covid-19, including frontline workers in medical and care settings and creative sector workers.
MyMind will deliver 16,500 free counselling sessions to those who have been impacted over the course of 2022. The Free Counselling Project is designed specifically with accessibility in mind, and sessions are available in 17 different languages, either online or in-person.
To be eligible for the free counselling sessions, you must be aged 18 or over, be a resident of Ireland, and identify with at least one of the following:
