Helium Arts, the national children’s arts and health organisation, is seeking to employ a Programme Administrator. This is a part-time position (16 hours per week) based in the Mullingar office with some opportunity for remote working.
The Programme Administrator will be a highly organised person with great attention to detail, a high level of computer literacy, in particular, advanced knowledge of Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides and Microsoft Excel; as well as flexible and capable of managing competing priorities within their workload. The post holder will support the smooth running of community and hospital programmes.
