The policy at the core of Waterford City and County Council’s provision is ‘access for all to arts activities of all kinds’ and this extends to the arts and health sector.

Areas of activities

Waterford City and County Council supports Iontas, a participatory arts programme engaging a range of artforms for clients of six mental health settings in Waterford. The programme is led by Waterford Healing Arts Trust.
