Arts + Health Co-ordinators Ireland (AHCI) is an all-Ireland voluntary support network of professionals who are responsible for managing arts and health initiatives.

Arts and Disabilty Ireland (ADI) is the national development and resource organisation for arts and disability.
Arts and Health Research Cluster
The Arts and Health research cluster is based at the the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance in the University of Limerick. The cluster is led by Dr Hilary Moss and facilitates collaborative research between arts and health disciplines.
Arts Council of Ireland
The Arts Council is the Irish government agency for funding, developing and promoting the arts in Ireland. The Arts Council's 'Arts and Health Policy and Strategy' (2010) outlines the values that underpin its approach to arts and health practice.
CREATE
Create is the national development agency for collaborative arts. Our work initiates cross-sectoral national and international partnerships which support artists and communities to co-create work of depth, ambition and excellence.
Helium Arts
Helium Arts is the national children’s arts and health organisation giving a creative voice to children and teenagers living with illness through participatory arts programmes.
Institute of Public Health
The Institute of Public Health (IPH) shapes public policy across the island of Ireland so that everyone has a healthier life. Arts & Creativity to support older people’s health outcomes is a specific area of work. To date, publications include a systematic evidence review of arts interventions (2021) and an Arts Evaluation Toolkit (2024).
Minding Creative Minds
Minding Creative Minds is Ireland’s first 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support programme for the Irish creative community, delivered in association with Spectrum Life across the 32 counties and to Irish creatives overseas.
National Concert Hall
The National Concert Hall recognises the need to extend its work to health organisations, hospitals, day care centres and disability organisations bringing the enjoyment of listening to and performing music into the wider community.
National Map: Singing For Health Groups in Ireland
A national map documenting all Singing for Health and Wellbeing groups in the Republic of Ireland hosted on the Sing Ireland website. The database is a unique collaboration between Sing Ireland and the Music Therapy Department at the University of Limerick.
Réalta
Réalta is the National Resource Organisation for Arts + Health in Ireland. Established in 2023, Réalta is founded on decades of pioneering arts and health practice as Waterford Healing Arts Trust and the knowledge gathered under the national arts and health website (artsandhealth.ie). Réalta is based at the Centre for Arts + Health in University Hospital Waterford.
RCSI Centre for Positive Health Sciences
The Centre for Positive Health Sciences conducts and supports research in positive health. Arts and Positive Mental Health is one of three research focus areas, under Dr Trudy Meehan.
